A study of your breath, your energy, your awareness — and the science beneath it all.
Each class draws from Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, and Hatha traditions, with special attention to lunar cycles, seasonal rhythms, and the art of Sadhana. The sequence is never random. The energy is always intentional.
Our structure remains steady — breathwork, joint preparation, modified Sun Salutations, and progressive flow sequences — while the energetic tone and variations shift in response to the current lunar phase, helping you regulate and harmonize your system.
Each session now includes The Study — a dedicated teaching hour following the practice. See below.
